The museums-area in Rørvik

1) Norveg - a center for the culture and industry of the Norwegian coastline

2) The Seine Wharf with herring seine gear: boats, nets, seines and more

3) The Red Wharf. Today it is a workshop for the museum's building preservation.

4) Boat store/exhibition. Planned exhibition-area for the museums big collection of open working boats

5) "Nylon" Smack, built in the 1950s.

6) The Home Wharf. Packing shed used as grain store and for salting fish. Part of Berggåden old trading post

7) Motorised eightareen. The boat is a good illustration of the transition from sail to motor

8) Boat collection. Exhibition build around parts of the museum's large collection of boats from Bindal and Åfjord

9) House for laundry, baking and cooking. Part of the Berggåden old trading post

10) Nordlihuset. Built by dyre Gade in the 1870s. Later accommodated Berggården staff

12) Berggården old trading post. Founded by Betzy and Johan Berg towards the end of the 1870s

13) The garden. Beautiful, contemporary garden

14) Petra Eliassen cafè and lodging. A good example of the many small cafè/guesthoses that added to the character of the centre.

15) Borgstua - modern building for the museums' magazine, archives and the public library of Vikna municipality

16) The Tele Museum, part of the Norwegian Tele Museum
